Cancellation Policy

If any registered delegate cannot attend our course, a replacement is always welcome for the course. Cancellations must be made in writing (Email or Fax) with Eclat London’s acknowledgement. Written Cancellations must reach our office 30 days before the course commences. A full refund less an administration charge of £150.00 will be given. For any written cancellations on requests that reach us less than 30 days before the course comencement date, no refunds will be given. However, if you wish to attend any othe Eclat London coures, a 75% voucher which values no more than 75% of the initial payment will be issued. Please note that the susequent course must take place within 6 months of the initial registration. Discount Vouchers cannot be used with conjunction of any other discount schemes. Discount vouchers will not be issued for no showes without written cancellations. Eclat London reserves the right to the final desision if any dispute arrises.
